Based in Beijing, we support shoots across China. Our experienced team features both local and international talent with decades of collective China experience. From nitty gritty technical details to the intricacies of dealing with local officials, we do everything to make your China shoot smooth and enjoyable.
Post Production
Handling all formats from uncompressed 10 bit SD to 4K REDCODE RAW, we use Apple Final Cut Pro Studio. Our online edit bay features the latest MAC PRO workstation and 30 inch cinema display. Realtime 2K output via the AJA KONA 3 CARD to Panasonic 17 inch HD monitor and 42 inch plasma. We offer complete backup solutions for all workfiles in our secure DATA Vault. In addition we have 2D and 3D workstations featuring MAYA, 3DMAX, and ADOBE AFTER EFFECTS all operated by experienced CGI artists.
Our animation and editorial department has years of experience producing high end HD Commercial work, motion graphics and 3D animation for many well known international brands and clients. By working with our Post Production partner GOO, we are able to provide our clients with a complete Creative Services from concept to production to delivery across all media platforms.
Studio
REDGATE features a 320 sq/m full production studio to meet the needs of small to medium sized productions. We have a seamless greenscreen cyc that is 7 meters deep by 12 meters long by 5 meters high. Our studio has 380V 3 phase and 220V single phase power, and in addition we offer Honda generators for larger power needs.
Our studio has all the comforts any serious production could demand, we have designer lounge areas with digital HD projection, Lavazza Espresso Point coffee bar, and high-speed wifi internet connections.
